October 2023 has five Pokemon GO Spotlight Hours to look forward to. Of course, plenty of Spooky Pokemon are featured this month, as well as some great bonuses that will let you earn double Candy, XP, or Stardust!
The Pokemon GO Spotlight Hours in October 2023 take place every Tuesday from 6 PM to 7 PM local time. Here are the featured Pokemon and event bonuses for every Spotlight Hour this month:

Fortunately for shiny hunters, all five featured Pokemon in the October 2023 Pokemon GO Spotlight Hours can be shiny. This even includes the brand-new shiny Phantump, which is making its debut in the 2023 Halloween event!
Also, if you are using the Spotlight Hours to farm Candy, there’s a great tip to ensure you get double the Candy on top of any other bonus.
Make sure to Mega Evolve a Pokemon of the same type as the featured Spotlight Hour Pokemon to get 2x Candy for catching the featured Pokemon!
