The new Nintendo Switch OLED Model pre-orders are going live today, July 15!

If you’re looking for a new Nintendo Switch upgrade or you’ve decided that it’s finally time to invest in Nintendo’s popular console, today’s the day. Recently, we got a huge announcement for the new Nintendo Switch OLED Model.

It’s not the 4K Nintendo Switch we were hoping for, but the OLED model boasts some considerable upgrades over the original Switch. Most of those upgrades are for handheld players only, however, causing many fans to label the Switch OLED as a useless console.

Interestingly, you can also purchase the new White upgraded Switch dock separately, if you don’t want to spend money on a new console upgrade. The new dock contains an in-built Ethernet port which allows you to boost your internet stability in-game.

And we can’t blame you for not wanting to buy the OLED Model when reports indicate that the 4K Nintendo Switch Pro could still release in 2022! Then again, if you’re a handheld fan, the new OLED screen is going to make your games really pop.

Sadly, the Joy-Cons didn’t get an upgrade alongside the new console. But a new simple way to permanently fix Joy-Con drift is taking the internet by storm!
