Call of Duty MW3 servers are undergoing some issues, with many users being disconnected mid-game and being placed into queues.

There’s nothing more frustrating than getting kicked from a game you were performing well in. Except maybe being booted from a Modern Warfare 3 Zombies game and losing your loot, while your Double XP token continues to tick down.

And unfortunately, for some players all of these things are the case this morning.

Call of Duty Servers Are Down

According to reports that are still flooding in, the Call of Duty MW3 servers are seeing frequent disconnects in the early hours of November 29, 2023.

Many players are finding themselves back at the launch screen after being booted from a game.

Worse still, some fans report that they’re being made to queue to get back into a lobby. However, not all players are having the same issue, suggesting that it could be a regional server problem.

“You have been entered into the queue and will be joined to the game shortly,” the error message reads.

MW3 servers don’t appear to be completely down, as some players have been able to return to a game and load into multiplayer once more.

However, those players are often disconnected again in their next match, so it’s not currently worth the effort.

When Will Servers Come Back Online?

It is not currently known when Call of Duty servers will be working as intended again, however we don’t expect issues to continue for longer than 1-2 hours.

As of this moment, Activision is yet to comment on MW3’s server outage, but we’ll update this article as soon as this changes.

We recommend keeping an eye on @CODUpdates and @ATVIAssist in the meantime.
