The release of Call of Duty 2023 isn’t far off, but first, players will be able to experience the game across several MW3 Beta dates.

It appears that Activision is planning a Beta rollout similar to that of MW2, Call of Duty’s 2022 title.

Those who are on PlayStation consoles are confirmed to be getting early access once again – but potentially (assuming the Microsoft acquisition of Activision Blizzard is successful) for the last time.

Here are all the MW3 Beta dates and how to get early access to the game:

MW3 All Beta Dates

The MW3 Beta will begin on Friday, October 6 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST for PlayStation users.

For PC and Xbox, the Beta will be available from the following weekend on Friday, October 12 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST.

How to Get Early Access to MW3 Beta

To get early access to the MW3 Beta, fans need to pre-order Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3.

Depending on how you pre-order, the steps to get early access will vary:

• If you pre-order digitally, the Beta access will automatically be added to your account, and you don’t need to redeem any code.
• If you pre-order a physical copy through a retailer, you will receive a code via email or printed on the retail receipt. Once you have this code, you will need to redeem it on the Call of Duty website (though the Beta Redeem page is currently unavailable).

If you want to try before you buy, you can either wait for the Open Beta dates or purchase the game through a retailer such as Amazon, and cancel the pre-order after receiving your Beta code.

Users on PlayStation consoles will also get significantly earlier access to the MW3 Beta, and an entire second week of game time to enjoy.

PS4 and PS5 users will have up to 10 days of the Beta to enjoy, while Xbox and PC players will have at most 5 days of access.

How to Get MW3 Beta Code

Here are all the ways you can get a code to play the MW3 Beta early:

• Pre-order MW3 (you can cancel after receiving your Beta code)
• Keep an eye on the official Call of Duty Twitter (last year, over 50,000 MW2 Beta codes were given out to those who tuned into the CDL Championship live streams)
• Watch out for announcements from your favorite COD creators, who are often given codes to give away

Don’t forget that you can also wait until the Open Beta which takes place from October 8-10 & October 12-16 on PlayStation, or just October 14-16 on Xbox and PC.

That way, you’ll have no need for a code and can simply download and play the game.
