The Warzone 2 and MW2 Season 2 artwork has been leaked and it appears to reveal the theme of the next season!
Modern Warfare 2’s second season is still quite a while away but information has already started to come out.
The leaks reveal the return of a former Call of Duty map, a new operator, and the upcoming season’s theme.
Warzone 2 & MW2 Season 2 Key Art Leaked
Recent leaks suggest that MW2 and Warzone 2 Season 2 will feature Japan as the theme.
The leaked artwork features an operator which resembles Warcom operator “Ronin” from Modern Warfare (2019) Season 3. The operator is wielding a katana in the key art.
A second key art also features this same operator, who is likely the face of Season 2, alongside two female soldiers.
The three of these operators are all in front of Japanese architecture. The buildings in the background resemble those from World at War Map “Castle”.

This map has been in both World at War and Call of Duty: Vanguard, with this map’s location being in Japan. This keeps in line with the theme of Season 2.
MW2 and Warzone 2 Season 2 is expected to go live on Wednesday, February 1, 2023. This is when Season 1 is set to end.
The Season 2 leaks are not all that have leaked recently. It looks like a new Resurgence map is coming to Warzone 2! This leak is sure to get Rebirth Island and Fortune Keep fans excited.
In the meantime, why don’t you check out this glitch that adds loadout drop markers to buy stations in Al Mazrah? It makes it much easier to get your loadout in Warzone 2.
