Microsoft Announces More Upcoming Games for Xbox Game Pass

Xbox has just announced the newest slew of games to join the Xbox Game Pass lineup, free to subscribers.

The Xbox Game Pass has been a huge selling point for the newest generation of Xbox consoles. It boasts a huge lineup of next-gen games, with even more backwards compatible games to bulk up the roster.

The service has been a hit with gamers, and its announcement in December left fans reeling with the introduction of one of the biggest games of the last decade, The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim.

The service also welcomed the latest hit game Among Us to the PC for its Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, a variant of the service that includes games for the PC and Cloud gaming on Android.

In typical fashion, the Xbox Game Pass team delivered news of the new games on Twitter with a gag;

"We hate to be the bearers of bad news so we came bearing good news instead"

So, without further ado, here's what you can be playing on Game Pass over the next month...

The Latest Xbox Game Pass Games

The Yakuza Remastered Collection

Kicking off the new lineup of games is the Yakuza Remastered Collection, which features remastered editions of Yakuza 3, 4, and 5. The RPG series has won the favor of Game Pass users on numerous occasions.

The collection will be joining Yakuza 0 and both Yakuza Kiwami games on the Game Pass, so you'll have more than enough fist-fights in Tokyo's back alleys to keep you busy. Until you upgrade to the Series X & S's Yakuza: Like A Dragon, that is.

The Medium is the latest next-gen game to join the roster. Joining the service on the game's day of release, travel to a mysterious and sinister hotel using your psychic abilities to uncover its grim secrets. Plus making use of next-gen hardware, you'll be traversing two realities at the same time. It looks totally trippy and completely brilliant.

Donut County, an irreverent physics puzzle game that lets you play as a gradually growing hole in the ground will be gracing the Game Pass soon. Finally, your dreams of playing as a big hole and eating cute characters have become a reality.

The long-awaited prequel to Desperados: Wanted Dead or Alive is here! Desperados III is a story-driven, tactical stealth game that takes you right back to the wild west. It'll take you on an adventure through swamps, riverbanks and rural towns, joining in some gunfights along the way.

In Cyber Shadow, the world has been taken over by synthetic lifeforms. As Shadow, you'll slash and carve through hordes of technological beasts, duck traps and explore the ruins of Mekacity. It's been described as "the quintessential ninja action game", and we can't wait to get stuck in.
