A brand new COD MW update is now available to download on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It’s been over a month since Infinity Ward made major changes to the game, so you can expect to see a host of different changes included in today’s update. Here’s the Modern Warfare update 1.13 patch notes.

The file size of the patch varies depending on your platform and region. On PC, it appears to be 48GB for most players. The Xbox One file size is 18.4GB, whereas PS4 is even smaller at 13.233GB.

This patch has been in the making for quite a while now, with Infinity Ward detailing some of the changes they have up their sleeve. The company has previously mentioned what’s on the horizon, so here is the list of confirmed changes so far.

Crossbow Weapon

As part of today’s MW update, a new weapon has been added to the game. Fortunately, the weapon is free and can be unlocked via the Marksman Rifles tab in the Loadout menu.

5 Additional Loadout Slots

Throughout the past few weeks, players have been requesting for more loadout slots. Thankfully, this patch will introduce five additional loadout slots in multiplayer.

Aniyah Palace Returns to Ground War

According to a recent Activision Blog post, Aniyah Palace is set to return to Ground War. The fan-favorite map will allow players to revisit some familiar locations.

Other Possible Changes

Here are the other changes we expect have been made as a result of Modern Warfare update 1.13. But once again, we stress that these have not been confirmed as of yet.

  • Weapon mastery calling cards
  • 6th row added to killfeed
  • New emblem and calling card added for those who have earned a Nuke
  • And more

Bug fixes:

  • Lighting flickering on various maps
  • Mission collision on containers on Cargo
  • Platinum skins not unlocking properly
  • Out of map exploits in Ground War
  • Platinum and Damascus camos glare while ADS
  • Fix for the ‘slide cancel bug’
  • Fix for player collision issue
