Mini Royale Trios was first added on December 14 and was removed from playlist rotation on February 15. It is unclear when Mini Royale will be returning to Warzone 2. The popular smaller BR mode is currently missing from the game, following its long-awaited Season 2 update.
This is the first time the game mode has vanished from the Warzone 2 playlists since it was introduced 2 months ago as part of Season 1 Reloaded.
Because of this, we can’t say how long the mode is usually missing in action before making its triumphant return. However, it’s worth noting that 3rd Person mode disappears and returns every two weeks.
However, given that we now have Ashika Island and Resurgence to fill the void in Warzone 2, perhaps it’ll be a little longer before Mini Royale returns, if indeed it does at all.
But while Resurgence offers an excellent fast-paced option for players that don’t want a full length game, it’s not the same as the Battle Royale experience that Mini Royale offers.

Will Mini Royale Return to Warzone 2?
At the time of this article’s writing, it is not confirmed that Mini Royale will return to Warzone 2, however it seems likely that it will.
Warzone 1 still occasionally featured Mini Royale, despite having Resurgence available on Rebirth Island. However, Activision hasn’t announced any details as to whether or not the mode will come back in Warzone 2.
