We finally have an in-depth look at the new Black Ops Cold War Zombies map, Mauer Der Toten, thanks to this trailer.
Black Ops Cold War Zombies has been a bit of a rollercoaster since launch. One of the slower rollercoasters, admittedly, but a fun one at the very least.
While many gamers agree that Cold War Zombies is one of the most fun Zombies modes to date, it has one glaring issue – a lack of content. Although the open-world Zombies mode, Outbreak, is regularly getting new additions, the core Zombies experience is a little lacking.
After all, there are only 2 round-based Zombies maps for players to enjoy, now nearly 8 months after launch. And considering that Black Ops 4 launched with 3 maps on Day One, that’s not a great roster.
But finally, another round-based Zombies map is coming to Black Ops Cold War with Mauer Der Toten. In a new trailer, we get our first look at what to expect on release day.
Mauer Der Toten Trailer – Cold War Zombies
The return to Berlin is finally here, in a brand-new Mauer Der Toten trailer for Black Ops Cold War Zombies.
Ever since Black Ops Cold War Zombies first dropped, we’ve been waiting for the leaked Berlin map. Now, almost 8 months after launch, Mauer Der Toten is here.
Treyarch‘s new trailer just went live, and it shows off exactly what’s new in the world of Zombies. We’ve got underground railways, new secrets to discover, and a mysterious new ally named Klaus.
If you haven’t done so already, it’s important lore-wise to play the Prologue for Mauer Der Toten. And when you’re doing so, keep your eyes peeled for the creature that many believe to be the Mauer Der Toten boss monster!
Meanwhile, we’ve got more details on the Mauer Der Toten Wonder Weapon already, thanks to teases from Treyarch.
Mauer Der Toten Release Date
It looks as though Mauer Der Toten will release on July 15 for Black Ops Cold War Zombies fans.
We don’t yet know if Mauer Der Toten will be our final Cold War Zombies map, but many fans are holding out hope for at least another. Thankfully, a new leak reports that Black Ops Cold War will be the most supported COD game after its cycle is over.
But with Treyarch reportedly working on Call of Duty Vanguard’s Zombies, we wonder if the team is spread thin.
