New leaks have surfaced claiming that Luke Skywalker could be coming to Fortnite soon – here’s everything we know.
Star Wars is no stranger to the Fortnite universe. On multiple occasions, Fortnite has had collaborations with the iconic sci-fi franchise including most recently with the Obi-Wan Kenobi skin.
However, according to a leak, the legendary Star Wars character Luke Skywalker may be coming to the Battle Royale extravaganza. Of course, as with all leaks, take this one with a grain of salt.

Is Luke Skywalker Coming To Fortnite?
According to well-known data miner ShiinaBR, they have found files within the game that indicate a Luke Skywalker skin is coming to Fortnite in the near future.
ShiinaBR claims that Epic has added two new files to Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4, pertaining to Luke Skywalker’s lightsaber.
These files hint at two variations of Luke’s lightsaber, with one labeled “A New Hope” and the other “Return of the Jedi.” It is worth noting that Luke’s lightsaber is blue in the movie A New Hope and green in Return of the Jedi.
In a separate Tweet, ShiinaBR claims that the two lightsabers will be called “Luke’s Blue Lightsaber” and “Luke’s Green Lightsaber.”
UPDATE: It seems new chests are coming to Fortnite that exclusively drop Luke Skywalker’s lightsaber, signifying that the Jedi is almost certainly on his way:
It is worth noting that this isn’t the first Luke Skywalker related leak. Back in June 2022, FNBRintel – another Fortnite leaker – claimed that Luke would be coming to Fortnite as an NPC.
However, if this does turn out to be true, we have no confirmation of which version of Luke we’ll be getting in Fortnite. It is highly likely it will be the one from the original trilogy.
Are Star Wars Lightsabers Coming Back to Fortnite?
The latest ShiinaBR leak found Lightsaber files within the game and might confirm lightsabers are coming back to Fortnite.
They were introduced way back in Chapter 2 Season 1 as a Mythic melee weapon but were vaulted seemingly for good in Chapter 2 Season 2.
They did make a brief return in Chapter 3 Season 2 for the Star Wars Day festivities, and Darth Vader’s saber was obtainable in Chapter 3 Season 3, but all have once again been vaulted. So, it is safe to assume that if this leak is true, lightsabers may be finally making their triumphant return.
