A prominent Fortnite leaker has revealed that a Doctor Who collaboration is in the works for Fortnite. And it’s not just a spray this time.

Fortnite is no stranger to collaborations, with the likes of Marvel, DC, Halo, God of War, and more joining the evergrowing list of skins.

While Doctor Who has technically been in Fortnite before, it was mainly a free Spray and some Creative islands. However, according to a reliable leaker, a more expansive collaboration is currently in the works.

Doctor Who Collaboration for Fortnite is ‘In The Works’ According to Leaker

According to FNBRIntel on Twitter, the Doctor Who and Fortnite collaboration they leaked is in early development.

This comes after recent leaks that suggest Stranger Things could be returning to Fortnite soon.

Doctor Who is one of the most popular science-fiction shows in TV history, so it would be no surprise to see it arrive in Fortnite.

FNBRIntel’s tweet was also corroborated by ShiinaBR, another reliable Fortnite leaker who has been very accurate in the past.

ShiinaBR shared a tweet saying “I was also shown evidence of this collaboration, so I can confirm that this claim is real.”

While we are unsure of a release date for the collaboration, we can make some assumptions.

We could see the collaboration arrive shortly after Jodie Whittaker’s Doctor regenerates, setting the stage for Ncuti Gatwa to take the role. However, that episode is set to air on October 23, 2022, meaning it’s too early for this collaboration to release.

Failing that, it could simply be between Whittaker’s final episode and the release of the 60th Anniversary specials, which will release in November 2023. However, we are unsure until we get confirmation from Epic Games.

Either way, we can’t wait to see Doctor Who join the list of every Fortnite collaboration in the game’s history.

In other news, the EvoChrome weapons in Fortnite received a major buff in a recent update, making them more useful.
