Every month, PS Plus Essential treats its users to a host of free games, and now the July 2023 lineup has leaked online.

The leaked lineup for July seems to feature a pretty stacked list of games, including a great AAA title, a highly popular remaster, and a well-received indie survival-adventure game.

Every Free July 2023 PS Plus Essential Game

PlayStation has officially confirmed the free PS Plus July 2023 monthly games. Original story follows.

According to reliable video games insider, Wario64, the following titles will be available for free for all PS Plus Essential subscribers on PS4 & PS5:

  • Call of Duty: Blacks Ops Cold War
  • Alan Wake: Remastered
  • Endling – Extinction is Forever

If you’re a PS Plus subscriber, you can look forward to accessing these games on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.

For non-subscribers, signing up to PS Plus anytime during the month of July will grant you access to these three titles. However, please note that if you decide to unsubscribe at any point, you will lose access to these games.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is a first-person shooter video game that takes place during the Cold War era in the early 1980s.

The game features a compelling single-player campaign, a robust multiplayer mode and a cooperative Zombies experience. It has a PlayStation 4 and 5 Metacritic score of 76 and user score of 5.0.

Alan Wake: Remastered

Alan Wake: Remastered is a psychological action-adventure game that offers a unique and thrilling experience. You step into the shoes of Alan Wake, a bestselling thriller novelist, who tries to uncover the mystery surrounding his wife’s disappearance.

Additionally, the events in his latest novel, which he does not remember writing start to come to life. Alan Wake: Remastered boasts a Metacritic score of 79 and a user score of 8.0.

Endling – Extinction is Forever

Endling: Extinction is Forever is a survival-adventure game. Endling is a game set in a 3D side-scrolling world, where players assume the role of the last remaining mother fox.

Accompanied by her young kits, the player must safeguard and provide for them while navigating through the game. The kits have the ability to acquire various skills that enhance their chances of survival.

This indie game has a Metacritic score of 82 and a user score of 8.3.
