A new image of Halo Infinite Season 3 entitled ‘Helljumpers’ has fans excited, but don’t get your hopes up just yet.
Halo Infinite was one of the most exciting releases of 2021, after fans had been waiting years for a new Halo experience. Unfortunately, the game got off to a rocky start.
It didn’t take long for gamers to realize that the title didn’t have a lot of content to offer. And now that Season 3 isn’t dropping until the end of the year, it’s clear that adding new ways to play isn’t 343’s main priority.
Right now, the development team is focussing on getting Halo Infinite as polished as possible. It’s an understandable goal, as Infinite suffers from massive desync and limiting UI, amongst other major issues.
But as a new image makes the rounds, Halo Infinite Season 3 may be leaking early. Could Helljumpers be the season Halo has been waiting for?

Halo Infinite Season 3 ‘Helljumpers’ Is Fake, 343 Confirms
Sadly, the leaked image that appears to show Halo Infinite Season 3 ‘Helljumpers’ is fake, at least according to 343 Industries.
Recently, a potential leak for the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase has been making the rounds online. Supposedly, the image shows fans what’s to come in this weekend’s event, with Redfall, Hollow Knight, a The Wolf Among Us 2, and Halo Infinite Season 3 making the cut.
Season 3, which is supposedly titled ‘Helljumpers’, would presumably feature an array of ODST-themed content, at least if it were real.
But according to John Junyszek, Senior Community Manager at 343 Industries, the image is simply an impressive fake.
“Yup, that isn’t us,” the Community Manager claims on Twitter. “Someone made a good attempt though!”
It’s entirely possible that Infinite Season 3 will get a tease at tomorrow’s event. It’s also possible that the Helljumpers leak is real and Junyszek wants to keep things under wraps.
But we’d definitely take this leak with a heavy pinch of salt for now! After all, with Halo Infinite losing its Head of Design and Lead Environmental Artist in less than 24 hours recently, the game’s development may be in a rocky stage.
Don’t forget to tune into the Xbox & Bethesda Showcase which will reveal the truth of the matter tomorrow!
