There are three new weapons that players can unlock during MW2 and Warzone Season 5 Reloaded, and one of them may just take over the meta.
Call of Duty introduces new weapons with every season, and some of them come in to completely shake up the meta due to their power and handling. However, to use these weapons, you need to unlock them first.
In this guide, we’ll go over how to unlock all of the Warzone Season 5 Reloaded Weapons, including the Lachmann Shroud, 9 mm Daemon, and the Pickaxe.
How to Unlock Lachmann Shroud
To unlock the Lachmann Shroud, you need to complete all four initial Sector E0 Challenges and then get 30 Operator Hipfire Kills using SMGs.
Call of Duty hasn’t revealed what all four of the initial Sector E0 Challenges are, but we know that two of them include unlocking the Pickaxe and 9mm Daemon Pistol.
When it comes to getting 30 Operator Hipfire Kills, the easiest place to complete this challenge is by playing objective-based modes in MW2 multiplayer.
It is possible to get all 30 kills in one match if you’re using a powerful SMG with attachments that boost your hipfire shots.
We recommend using one of the following SMGs to obtain the Lachmann Shroud:
- Vaznev-9k
- Fennec-45
- ISO 45
- Lachmann Sub
How to Unlock Pickaxe Melee Weapon
To unlock the Pickaxe Melee Weapon in Warzone Season 5 Reloaded, you need to get 15 Operator kills with Melee Weapons in either Warzone or MW2 Multiplayer.
This means that players will need to eliminate 15 Operators with any of the following weapons:
- Riot Shield
- Combat Knife
- Dual Kodachis
- Tonfa
The easiest way to do this is to equip the Combat Knife and play objective-based modes in MW2 Multiplayer. This will allow you to get easy one-hit kills on any enemies that are too focused on the objective to notice you creeping up on them.
However, if you don’t own MW2, then we recommend playing any Warzone Resurgence mode since this will give you multiple lives each match to get all 15 Operator Kills.
How to Unlock 9mm Daemon Pistol
You need to get 15 Operator Headshot Kills with pistols in MW2 or Warzone in order to unlock the 9mm Daemon Pistol.
The only weapons that you can complete this challenge with include the following:
- P890
- .50 GS
- X12
- Basilisk
- X13 Auto
- GS Magna
- FTAC Siege
It is definitely a challenge to land headshot kills with a pistol due to their lower power output. However, the best weapon to use to complete this Operator headshot challenge and get the 9mm Daemon is the .50 GS.
This weapon is basically the Desert Eagle and packs the most damage power out of all the sidearms in MW2 and Warzone. With the right attachments, it is even capable of one-shotting enemies in order to help you complete this challenge easily.
Use the following attachments with the .50 GS to really give yourself an edge and get one-shot headshots:
- 1MW Pistol Laser – Laser
- 13 Round Mag – Magazine
- SA Hare Trigger – Trigger Action
- FTAC Fifty Comp – Muzzle
- SA Longshot-50 – Barrel
Any other pistol may require more than one headshot to kill an Operator which can get frustrating since you’re up against players using ARs and SMGs.
