How to Pre-Load MW3 Beta on PS4 & PS5
To pre-load the MW3 Beta on PS4 or PS5 consoles follow these steps:
Method 1 – Digital Preorder
- Pre-order Modern Warfare 3 on the PlayStation Store
- Then find MW3 in your library
- Press Options and ‘Manage Game Content’
- Find the Beta Pack
- Hit the arrow to pre-load the MW3 Beta Pack 01 and 02
Method 2 – Beta Code
- If you have a code for MW3 Beta access, head to CallofDuty.com/redeem
- Log in to your Activision profile
- Then enter your code and hit Submit
- This will grant you a redemption code for the PlayStation Store
- On your PlayStation console, open the store and select the ‘…’ icon
- Hit Redeem Codes
- Enter your new code and you’ll be able to pre-load the MW3 Beta

To pre-load the MW3 Beta on Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S, follow these steps:
Method 1 – Digital Preorder
- Pre-order Modern Warfare 3 on the Xbox Store
- Then find MW3 in your library
- Select the game icon to download it
- If the Beta icon doesn’t appear in your library, simply head to the MW3 Xbox Store page.
- Then, scroll down to ‘In This Bundle’ and find the Beta there.
Method 2 – Beta Code
- If you have a code for MW3 Beta access, head to CallofDuty.com/redeem
- Log in to your Activision profile
- Then enter your code and hit Submit
- This will grant you a redemption code for the Xbox Store
- On your Xbox console, open the Store and press the View button
- Select Redeem
- Enter your new code and you’ll be able to pre-load the MW3 Beta

Yes, the MW3 Beta pre-load is now live on Xbox. If you installed the 10 MB file, it will automatically update to the full 25 GB Beta now.

- Then find MW3 in your library
- On Steam, head to the Modern Warfare 3 Steam page, find the Beta and select Install
- On Battlenet, click the dropdown menu above the play button and select the MW3 Beta. Then, click install

- If you have a code for MW3 Beta access, head to CallofDuty.com/redeem
- Log in to your Activision profile
- Then enter your code and hit Submit

- On Steam, select Games in the hotbar, then ‘Activate a Product on Steam’
