How to Get an Overwatch 2 Beta Drop for PC & Console Beta in June

If you’re hoping to get access to the next Overwatch 2 Beta in June here’s how it’s done!

Recently, we finally got to go hands-on with Overwatch 2, thanks to its first-ever Closed Beta. And while opinions were mixed as to whether or not the game deserves the title of sequel, it seems to be a big improvement over the original Overwatch.

Now, a second Overwatch 2 Closed Beta is on the way, taking place from June-July, and access does not roll over from the previous trial.

That is to say, even if you took part in an Overwatch 2 Beta already, you’ll still need to get an invite to the new one.

And you won’t want to miss out this time around, as there’s a new hero joining the Overwatch 2 roster!

Overwatch 2: How to Get Access to June 28 Beta

In order to sign up and get access to the Overwatch 2 Beta, head to the link below and select ‘Request Beta Access’.

But bear in mind that signing up for the upcoming Beta doesn’t guarantee you a spot! While Blizzard reports its goal is to provide access to ALL players that sign up before July 14, you still might not get an invite right out the gate.

However, you may then get access shortly afterward on July 5, or later in the month.

But there’s one way to secure yourself an Overwatch 2 Beta key right from the get-go.

To confirm your place in the upcoming Overwatch 2 Beta on June 28, you can purchase the Overwatch 2: Watchpoint Pack. Not only does the Watchpoint Pack give you exclusive skins, new currency, and the first-ever Overwatch 2 Battle Pass, it also comes with immediate Beta access.

Please note that this is only a viable option for users on PC, Xbox, or PlayStation platforms. After all, the Beta doesn’t extend to Nintendo Switch this time around.

Don’t miss the new roadmap for Overwatch 2 Season 1 & 2 – including new heroes, maps, and more!

And even if you don’t get into the June 28 Beta, don’t forget that Overwatch 2’s release date is just around the corner. And when it hits, the game’s PVP will be free for all players!
