The Guilty Parties mission in Starfield asks players to find a way into the Seokguh Syndicate Hideout, but this is a lot easier said than done!

The Ryujin Industries missions in Starfield have you sneaking around the cyberpunk city of Neon. Most of them are straightforward, but Guilty Parties has players some players stumped.

In particular, getting into the Seokguh Syndicate Hideout can be tricky, as there are very few hints about how to get in past the locked door.

Fortunately, there are actually two ways to get into the hideout and continue the mission.

How to Get into Seokguh Syndicate Hideout in Starfield

There are three ways to get into the Seokguh Syndicate Hideout in Starfield:

  1. Persuade Franchesca Moore, the shop worker at Frankie’s Grab + GO to open the door for you
  2. Pickpocket the Seokguh Syndicate Keycard from Franchesca Moore and use that to open the locked door
  3. Sneak into Seokguh Syndicate Hideout through a locked vent on top of the building

We recommend trying to persuade Franchesca Moore first, but you’ll probably need at least level 2 of the Persuasion skill to succeed. If your persuasion attempt fails, you’ll have to go for one of the other two methods.

We’ve got in-depth explanations of both of these methods below, so you can choose whichever one you prefer!

Seokguh Syndicate Keycard Location

The Seokguh Syndicate Keycard is held by Franchesca Moore, the shop worker at Frankie’s Grab + GO. This is the building where the locked door to the Seokguh Syndicate Hideout is.

However, the only way of getting the Seokguh Syndicate Keycard from Franchesca Moore is to pickpocket it from her.

To pickpocket the Seokguh Syndicate Keycard from Franchesca Moore:

  • You must have the Theft skill
    • This gives you the ability to pickpocket people
  • Crouch and walk behind Franchesca Moore as she stands behind the bar
    • Make sure you are completely hidden – otherwise, someone will catch you pickpocketing, and you will get a bounty for Neon

Once you have the Seokguh Syndicate Keycard, you will be able to open the locked door into the entryway of the hideout. Even if it looks like a standard storeroom, it contains a hidden entrance to the hideout.

The central panel of the fridge in the room is actually a secret door. Head through, and you’ll be in the Seokguh Syndicate Hideout!
