However, to get a Fiend Rose in Diablo 4, you must participate in an end-game event called Helltide. It is triggered randomly in the open world for players in World Tier Three on Nightmare difficulty.
During Helltide, there is a chance players can discover Fiend Roses in locations where they’d typically find plants, such as Biteberry in Fractured Peaks.
Despite being able to get a lot of valuable materials through the salvaging mechanic in Diablo 4, you, unfortunately, cannot get a Fiend Rose this way.
It is also worth noting that Demons are significantly stronger during Helltide. So, locating and harvesting Fiend Roses during that event won’t be easy.
What Is Helltide in Diablo 4?
Helltide is a unique endgame event that covers an entire region with powerful Demons. It occurs randomly for players in World Tier Three on Nightmare difficulty.
The Demons summoned during Helltide are far stronger than regular Demons but also drop better loot. Additionally, they drop a rare currency called Cinder, which is used to open special Helltide chests.
Helltide chests tell players what specific category of loot to expect inside, but the item from that category you receive is randomized. It is typically more powerful than the average loot you’d get from a chest.
Helltide is significantly easier to survive if you use the best Barbarian build in Diablo 4. The Barbarian’s Whirlwind ability is ridiculously overpowered and capable of clearing crowds quickly.
Alternatively, you can utilize the Necromancer’s powerful dark magic skills and abilities to summon an unstoppable army to help clear your path to the Fiend Roses.
