Many gamers are having trouble downloading the Battlefield 2042 Beta on Origin – luckily we have the solution to this frustrating glitch.
The Battlefield 2042 Beta isn’t even live yet and many players are experiencing problems.
Lots of Battlefield fans who have pre-ordered the game on Origin are now facing a huge problem as they can’t actually pre-load the Battlefield 2042 Beta.
This wouldn’t usually be too much a problem as they could download it on Steam, but their pre-order gives them Battlefield 2042 Beta Early Access. Therefore, the only way for them to get their Early Access is by playing the game through Origin.
EA has acknowledged this problem already, but it has not released a fix yet. However, there is a very handy workaround that lets you get the Battlefield 2042 Beta in your Origin game library.

Luckily, Battlefield fans have found a workaround to this glitch and it involves the Epic Games Store. Here’s how to install the Battlefield 2042 Beta on Origin through Epic Games:
- Create an Epic Games account if you don’t have one
- Download, install and launch the Epic Games launcher
- Purchase the Battlefield 2042 Open Beta for $0
- Install and launch the Open Beta
- After you link your Epic Games Account to your Origin account, it will open the game through Origin
- Let the game boot up
- Battlefield 2042 should now be in your Origin game library
