Players can add their friends in Honkai: Star Rail and even earn credits in doing so. It’s an incredibly easy process that won’t take much time.

Can You Add Friends in Honkai: Star Rail?
To add a friend in Honkai: Star Rail, follow these easy steps:
- Open the main menu (ESC on PC & the phone icon in the top left on mobile)
- Select the Friends tab.
- Copy your friends’ UID into the search bar at the top.
- Click Friend Request
- Wait for the other player to accept
Once you’ve added your friend, be sure to let them know how to earn 80 free Warps and a lot of Stellar Jade. Of course, you can also grab this fantastic loot for yourself too!
Once you’ve added a friend, they’ll appear in your Friends tab. To see all of your friends, click the Friends icon in the main menu and then the lefthand icon at the top of your screen.
How to Find Your UID in Honkai: Star Rail
You and your friends can find your UIDs at the top of the main menu above your name and profile picture. It will say UID followed by nine numbers.
You can copy and paste the UID very easily by selecting the paper icon next to it. This will copy it to your clipboard and can then be pasted into the search bar.
Is Honkai: Star Rail Multiplayer?
No, Honkai: Star Rail is not multiplayer. However, players can use their friends’ Support Characters in battle to give them an advantage and earn their friends additional credits.
Players can earn up to 60,000 credits when other people use their Support Character. So, both parties have a huge incentive to use this feature.
To set a Support Character, follow these steps:
- Open up the main menu
- Select the three dots next to your name at the top
- Choose Trailblazer Profile
- Next, select the Support Character tab
- Choose one of your unlocked characters
- Press Initiate Support
You can use a Support Character in certain battles, such as during the Calyx trials. Select the Support Character option when picking your lineup, and it will replace your fourth team member.
Using another player’s support character does not take it from them. They can still use their Support Character; you just get to borrow it simultaneously.
Of course, if you want more people to use your Support Character, you’re going to unlock some decent 5-star characters.
