Ever since the launch of Call of Duty Warzone, fans have been theorizing what’s behind the secret bunkers. Scattered throughout the world of Verdansk, there’s over a dozen of these vaults.

Warzone is packed full of mysteries as of recently. From bizarre howling noises towards the Dam to telephones conveying secret messages, these mysteries are starting to unfold.

Modern Warfare Warzone Secret Vaults

Modern Warfare update 1.21 is now live. Players can now access the secret bunkers thanks to this patch, although there are a few things you will need to bear in mind.

In order to get access to the secret bunkers in Call of Duty Warzone, you will need complete the following steps:

  1. Find a Red Access Card
  2. Once you have acquired this item, hold on to it.
  3. Hold over to the bunkers, and there should be a code on the right hand side of each bunker.
  4. Your Red Access Crad will grant you access to specific bunkers, so you can then head into the vaults.

How to Get Red Access Card in Call of Duty Warzone

Red Access Cards are available as a loot item in Call of Duty Warzone. They are dotted throughout Verdansk, available in Legendary crates.

Please bear in mind that you are not guaranteed to get one every time. In fact, they are extremely rare and you’ll be very lucky to find one. If you are lucky enough to unlock one, play it passive as once you are eliminated you will lose it.

What’s Inside the Warzone Secret Bunkers?

It turns out that these secret vaults are packed full of loot beyond our wildest dreams. If a bunch of videos surfacing on the internet are anything to go by, the bunkers contain:

  • Legendary Supply Boxes
  • Standard Supply Boxes
  • Killstreaks
  • And… you can find a Nuke Warhead in bunker 11.
