Honkai: Star Rail Signs of Fragmentum Complete Guide – All Beacon Locations

The Honkai: Star Rail Adventure Mission, Signs of Fragmentum tasks players with finding and scanning 14 Beacons in the Storage Zone in Herta Space Station.

However, it can be quite challenging, especially if you don’t know where or what to look for. Fortunately, we’ve broken down the location of every Beacon required to complete the quest.

Where to Find All Beacons in Honkai: Star Rail Signs of Fragmentum Quest Difficulty 1

There are four Beacons to locate in the Honkai: Star Rail side quest, Signs of Fragmentum Difficulty 1.

These Beacons are called Wubbaboos and are white floating ghost bear-like heads that you’ll find in the Storage Zone in Herta Space Station.

Here are the locations of all four Beacons:

1. To find Beacon number 1, follow these instructions:
   • When you load into the mission, look directly northeast
   • Next to the Maintenance Staff in blue is the Beacon

2. Here is how to find Beacon number 2:
   • Go right from where you start the mission
   • Turn left when you reach the next corridor
   • Enter through the doorway and then immediately turn around
   • The Beacon is above the entrance

3. To find Beacon number 3, follow these instructions:
   • Go through the door that Beacon 2 is above
   • Turn left at the end
   • Follow the corridor until you reach a new room
   • The Beacon is at the end of the room beside the sleeping enemy

4. Finally, here is how to reach Beacon number 4:
   • Head out of the room with Beacon 3 and go to where you found Beacon 2
   • Instead of leaving, turn left and head partially down the corridor
   • Beacon number 4 will be in front of you next to the giant plant

Where to Find All Beacons in Honkai: Star Rail Signs of Fragmentum Quest Difficulty 2

There are five Beacons you need to locate in the Honkai: Star Rail side quest, Signs of Fragmentum Difficulty 2.

Just like in Difficulty 1, you’ll be searching for the white floating ghost bear-like heads called Wubbaboos in the Storage Zone in Herta Space Station.

Here are the locations of all five Beacons:

1. To find the first Beacon, follow these steps:
   • After spawning into the map, turn right.
   • Head past the first light bridge and then look down to your right.
   • You will see the Beacon below you.

2. Here is how to find the second Beacon:
   • Head past Beacon 1 and go up to the platform above.
   • Go up the stairs to your right and through the door.
   • Look to your left, and you will see the Beacon hiding behind plants.

3. To locate the third Beacon, follow these steps:
   • Go through the door to the right of Beacon 2.
   • Head along the corridor and then up the stairs to your right.
   • In the next room, turn left and go through the door.
   • Solve the Unearthly Marvel puzzle.
   • Turn to your left, and you’ll see the Beacon.

The solution to the puzzle is:

• Left
• Left
• Up
• Right
• Right
• Up
• Up
• Right
• Right

4. Here is how to find the fourth Beacon:
   • Head out of the room with the third Beacon and back down the stairs.
   • Go up the opposite stairs and turn right.
   • Head through the door in front of you.
   • Turn around an look above the entranceway to find the Beacon.

5. Finally, to find Beacon number 5, follow these instructions:
   • Go back into the previous room and through the door on your right.
   • Head up the stairs and look under the bridge.
   • You will find the Beacon hiding there.

Where to Find All Beacons in Honkai: Star Rail Signs of Fragmentum Quest Difficulty 3

You will need to locate five more Beacons in the Honkai: Star Rail side quest, Signs of Fragmentum Difficulty 3.

Just like the previous difficulties, you will need to find and scan the Wubbaboos in the Storage Zone in Herta Space Station.

Here are the locations of all five Beacons:

1. To find the first Beacon, follow these steps:
   • Turn right past the Security Department Member.
   • Look to your left to see the Beacon floating below.

2. Here is how to find the second Beacon:
   • Continue past the first Beacon and head toward the Unearthly Marvel puzzle (glowing platform).
   • You will see the Beacon on the platform opposite the puzzle.
     • You do not need to complete the puzzle to scan the Beacon. Just stand at the start of the puzzle and scan from there.

3. To find the third Beacon, follow these steps:
   • After scanning the second Beacon, turn around.
   • Look underneath the bridge to your right to see the Beacon.

4. Here is how to find the fourth Beacon:
   • Head back to the Security Department Member where you started.
   • Go North of him and solve the Unearthly Marvel.
   • Once over, go through the door and look to your right to find the Beacon.

The solution to the puzzle is:

• Left
• Up
• Up
• Right
• Down
• Right

5. Finally, to find Beacon number 5, follow these instructions:
   • Go back through the door where you found Beacon 4 and cross over the bridge opposite you.
   • Head through the door on your right.
   • Turn right when you enter the room and go through the door.
   • Walk down the corridor until you find a window at the end.
   • Look above the window to find the final Beacon.

How to Collect Beacon Data in Signs of Fragmentum

To collect the Beacon data, you need to scan the floating Beacons with your camera. You open up your camera by pressing R on PC or tapping the camera icon on the bottom right on mobile devices.

The camera option will only appear when you’re near something that can be scanned or doing a mission that requires it. This is the case for both PC and mobile devices.

Once you have the camera open, aim it at the Beacons until the circle fills up. The Beacon will then be counted, and you can move on to the next one.

What Is the Signs of Fragmentum Side Quest?

Signs of Fragmentum is an Adventure Mission in Honkai: Star Rail that players can start by heading to the first floor of the Herta Space Station in the Storage Zone.

To access this quest, you will need to speak to the Security Department Member in this area. After the dialogue ends, you can select a Difficulty and start this challenge.

This quest has three levels of difficulty, with each one offering increasingly more lucrative exploration rewards. However, you must complete each Difficulty level in order.

Additionally, the quest recommends you are around level 34 for Difficulty one, 36 for Difficulty two, and 38 for Difficulty three.

Despite the high-level requirement, players won’t actually need to fight any enemies. While Antimatter Legion enemies patrol the area, you can avoid them and still scan the Beacons.

Additionally, the in-game lore states the following for the Signs of Fragmentum Honkai Star Rail side quest:

“The Legion has retreated, but the mutation hasn’t stopped. There are signs of Fragmentum in multiple areas. For that reason, Asta assembled a probe team to go deep into the field to investigate the unknown crisis.”
