In Honkai: Star Rail, the Ministry of Education quiz asks players some tricky questions that players will need to use their maths skills to solve.
During the daily mission, “On the Doorsteps of Science,” you help Regin submit his thesis, but in doing so, HSR Manya will ask you some difficult questions as you try to impress the Ministry.

How to Unlock On the Doorsteps of Science in Honkai: Star Rail
To see the “On the Doorsteps of Science” mission highlighted in green on your list, you must have achieved Trailblaze level 13 and completed the “Long Wait for the Blade’s Edge” trailblaze mission within the Jarilo-VI main questline.
Once you have done these steps and started the mission, you will be sent to speak to Regin in the Goethe hotel.
Regin will ask you to help submit his thesis, which sends you on a quest chain spanning a few days. However, submitting it isn’t straightforward, as you must answer math questions to reach the top office.
Completing these daily missions is a great way to earn a bunch of rewards in Honkai: Star Rail!
