Honkai Star Rail 1.3 Banners
Honkai Star Rail 1.3 will bring 2 new 5-Star characters to the game via event banners:
- Phase 1 (August 30) – Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae
- Phase 2 (September 20) – Fu Xuan, Lynx
The new 5-Star characters coming to Honkai Star Rail are Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae and Fu Xuan.
There will also be one new 4-Star character, Lynx, dropping in the second of v1.3’s banners.
Players will be able to spend Star Rail Special Passes to roll on character banners for a chance at obtaining the 5-Star drops.
Here are the characters dropping in Honkai Star Rail 1.3:
Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae
- Rarity: 5-Star
- Path: The Destruction
- Element: Imaginary
High Elden of the Luofu, Imbibitor Lunae bears a striking resemblance to everyone’s favorite party member… Dan Heng.
Imbibitor Lunae is the bearer of the Azure Dragon’s legacy, entrusted with the duty of guarding the Ambrosial Arbor. With Dan Heng’s powers awakened, he becomes a separate character: Imbibitor Lunae.

Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae arrives in the Epochal Spectrum Character Event Warp, which drops in 1.3 Phase 1 on August 30.
Fu Xuan
- Rarity: 5-Star
- Path: The Preservation
- Element: Quantum
Fu Xuan is head of the Xianzhou Luofu’s Divination Commission. She is responsible for guiding the ship’s route by predicting the fortune of future events.
Due to her divination powers, Fu Xuan firmly believes that everything she does is the ‘best solution’ to any given situation.

Fu Xuan will arrive in the second wave of Honkai Star Rail 1.3, in the Foreseen, Foreknown, Foretold Character Event Warp, beginning on September 20.
Lynx
- Rarity: 4-Star
- Path: The Abundance
- Element: Quantum
The third member of the Landau family alongside Serval and Gepard, Lynx is one of Belobog’s best extreme environmental explorers.

Lynx may appear introverted and lazy, but it’s simply a way of avoiding contact with others.
As Lynx is a Quantum user, she will release in the same banner as Fu Xuan in wave 2 of the 1.3 update. Foreseen, Foreknown, Foretold Character Event Warp, will arrive on September 20, 2023.

1.3 Events
Aurum Alley’s Hustle and Bustle
In 1.3’s first event (and a new permanent mode), Trailblazers will be responsible for managing the re-opening of the decaying Aurum Alley. Players will make decisions about the new area’s fate, in an engaging new management sim.

Arrange cargo shipments and plan logistics routes to accumulate funds, which in turn can be used to revamp the landscape (and businesses) of Aurum Alley.
Among the rewards available in this event include Tracks of Destiny, Stellar Jade, and even 4-Star character Sushang!
Simulated Universe: The Swarm Disaster
In a major standalone expansion to the Simulated Universe, there are new rewards to earn and challenges to face.
In this new way to play the Simulated Universe, players will explore the fall of the Aeon of Propagation, Tayzzyronth.

Trailblazers will need to progress through the randomly generated levels by completing a variety of tasks, in addition to the usual combat encounters.
And of course, there will also be new enemies to encounter, in the form of The Swarm.
Space Station Task Force
There are new troubles afoot on the Herta Space Station and Trailblazers are needed to solve the station’s issues.

Help out in Space Station Task Force (a new tab in the Assignment space) and assign the correct characters to earn a variety of rewards, including the all-important Stellar Jade.
Planar Fissure
Planar Fissure is back, and players will have a chance to challenge the original Simulated Universe to obtain double the amount of Planar Ornaments.

By using Immersion Devices in the S.U., you’ll be able to farm Ornaments more easily than ever.
Garden of Plenty
And it’s not just Planar Fissure making a return! Garden of Plenty allows players to receive double the amount of rewards from both Golden and Crimson Calyx each day.

This is one event you won’t want to miss out on, especially if you’re looking to level up your new characters quickly!
Gift of Odyssey 1.3
Yes, now confirmed by HoYoverse, Gift of Odyssey is officially back at the start of Honkai Star Rail 1.3!

This special event will grant players Star Rail Special Passes just for logging in each day, with a total of 10 passes up for grabs for free!
New Stagnent Shadows in HSR 1.3
There are two new Stagnent Shadows coming to Honkai Star Rail 1.3:

- Space of Abomination – Drops Nail of the Ape (Ascension Material for Fu Xuan)
Trailblaze Power Boost
As previously announced by HoYoverse, the Trailblaze Power cap will be increased from 180 to 240 in the new 1.3 update. This will allow players to do more with their day’s energy, and makes grinding a little easier.
But that’s not all, as a percentage of the maximum Trailblaze Power will even store away as Reserved Trailblaze Power. Therefore, should you forget to log on one day, you’ll have a little extra power to use the next time you do.
That’s all we know about Honkai Star Rail 1.3 for now, from release date to all upcoming content!
