Halo Infinite players are still having issues with their weekly challenges not tracking when they should be!
Weekly challenges are a great idea for multiplayer games as they give players something to work towards on a regular basis. However, it can sometimes be frustrating to finish them.
Despite this, players are still having issues with these tasks. In particular, many people are still reporting that weekly challenges aren’t tracking properly!
Halo Infininte Weekly Challenge Progress Not Always Tracking
The new Halo Infinite Cyber Showdown challenges are making players lose games but this isn’t even the worst part of challenges in the game right now.
A new post on the Halo subreddit claims that there are still some issues with weekly challenges not tracking properly in Halo Infinite.
The post in question shows that a player only got 2/5 Sidekick pistol kills despite getting a gunslinger medal. Players earn this medal by getting 5 pistol kills in one game.
While it is possible they used other pistols to get the remainder of kills, the poster claims that they were all with the Sidekick. Therefore, there must be an issue with challenges not always progressing.
Many other Halo Infinite players are also reporting that their challenges aren’t tracking properly. While most of the time this causes frustration because progress was lost, sometimes it’s a good thing.
In fact, one player claimed that the Cyber Showdown weekly ultimate challenge was a lot easier because of a glitch. Apparently, instead of having to win 4 Attrition matches, they just had to play the matches instead!
Even so, we hope that 343 Industries issues a fix for the Halo Infinite weekly challenges not tracking properly in some cases. However, the studio is busy working on the upcoming Halo Infinite anti-cheat improvement update at the moment.
Meanwhile, 6 weeks of non-stop Halo Infinite events have already begun and there is still a lot more to come. Find out the leaked release date and rewards for the Halo Infinite Tactical Ops event.
