The Halo Infinite Tech Preview is finally here, and longtime fans are eager to get access to the new beta.
For the last few months, gamers have been eagerly awaiting the first beta tests for Halo Infinite. Although the title will have free-to-play multiplayer at launch, hundreds of thousands have signed up for the Public Flighting, and that time is finally arriving.
Halo Infinite’s first Tech Preview arrives later this week, and invites are beginning to roll out. The testing period will show off the game’s talented new AI, as well as allow players to get a feel for one of the biggest upcoming shooters of the year.
We can’t promise that it’ll help, but you can sign up for the Halo Infinite Public Flighting here!
Halo Infinite Tech Preview – Public Flighting
The Halo Infinite Tech Preview is about to drop, for all those fans who were lucky enough to get invited to Public Flighting.
Here’s what we know about the trial period so far:
The Halo Infinite Tech Preview will take place this weekend, from July 29 – August 1. This will likely be the first of several upcoming betas, so don’t be discouraged if you’re not selected this time around.
We also got a new leak for the Halo Infinite release date itself, and the full game isn’t far away!
As for what exactly is coming in the Halo Infinite Tech Preview, 343 Industries is getting ready to reveal all the details at 2PM PT over on Twitch.tv/Halo.
What we know so far is that this weekend’s Tech Preview will focus on player vs AI matches in Halo Infinite. Don’t worry, you’re not missing out on that classic Halo Arena action, although fighting against the new and improved bots is sure to be a treat in itself!
How to Play Halo Infinite Tech Preview
If you haven’t already signed up for the Halo Infinite Public Flighting yet, unfortunately, you won’t be playing the Tech Preview this weekend. However, there’s always next time, so be sure to learn from your mistake and sign up now.
Recently, the Halo Infinite Community Manager also revealed that over 100,000 Halo Infinite fans had incorrectly signed up for the Public Flighting – or had not finished their sign-up process. Be sure you’re fully ready for the next beta.
And if you did sign up but didn’t receive an invite just yet, don’t give up hope. According to a 343 employee on Reddit, the invites are all now sent out, but some ISPs, providers, and domains may not let all messages through right away.
