Halo Infinite Players Want to Select Game Modes Instead of Quick Play

One of the biggest problems in the Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta so far is that players can’t select which game mode they want to play.

The Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta dropped yesterday took everyone by surprise. And what a surprise it was – players are absolutely loving the game so far!

However, there are a few problems players have with the game right now. The biggest of which is the insane amount of time it takes to level up the Halo Infinite Battle Pass.

Halo Infinite Only Has Quick Play & Players Can’t Pick Game Mode Playlists

After the surprise launch of the Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta, fans of the series can’t stop playing the game. This is despite a rather glaring issue with matchmaking.

Fans on the official Halo subreddit have been complaining about a major flaw with the Beta’s matchmaking. This, of course, is that you can’t pick the game mode, thanks to only being able to select Quick Play.

So far, over 2000 fans have upvoted a post about this issue so, clearly, this is a problem that many players feel strongly about. This is because different game modes play very differently and, therefore, some players don’t enjoy them all.

Luckily, as the Multiplayer for Halo Infinite is still in Beta right now, it is likely that developer 343 Industries adds an option to select your game mode in the full release of the game.

However, the full release date of Halo Infinite is still a while off yet. Therefore, players will have to accept not being able to pick a mode for the time being.
