After the new update, Halo Infinite players have been complaining about both stability and FPS issues in the game!
Halo Infinite is still in the Multiplayer Beta phase and, unfortunately, there are still some issues that developer 343 Industries needs to iron out.
Luckily, the devs have been on the case so far and have already announced plans to boost Battle Pass XP and progression in Halo Infinite. However, there is more to be done.
Now, players are complaining about stability and FPS issues after the latest Halo Infinite update.
Halo Infinite Players Have Game Crashes and Frame Rate Problems in New Update
It’s bad enough that hackers are on the rise in Halo Infinite, but the game itself has some new issues that are frustrating players.
In addition to the Halo Infinite SBMM being extremely strict, players are now suffering from performance issues.
A new post on the Halo subreddit explains that the game’s performance and FPS have gotten worse with the most recent update.
Redditor u/Keilerbie says that there is now a 25% chance that Halo Infinite will crash when loading into Highpower. What’s more, they say that their frame rate drops noticeably every few days.
While this is not ideal, a fix is coming very soon.
Halo Infinite Stability Improvements Update Coming
Following a Halo Infinite dev’s statement on anti-cheat which angered fans another member of 343 has revealed when to expect the upcoming stability update.
According to Halo Esports and Viewership Lead Tashi, there should be some more stability improvements when the update arrives on December 8. This will be when the game full releases and the beta period ends.
Let’s hope that this update removes all of the stability and FPS issues in Halo Infinite. There’s nothing more annoying than a game crashing unexpectedly!
Meanwhile, another change that players want is a system to earn Item Shop Credits in Halo Infinite. 343 Industries could easily add this and it would be great for free-to-play players especially.
What’s more, Halo Infinite players are complaining about the useless AI bots in the game. Let’s hope that these computer-controlled teammates are high up the list on possible fixes for 343 as well.
