Halo Infinite Matchmaking & Server Issues Give Innocent Players Bans

The Halo Infinite matchmaking are server issues are getting so bad that innocent players are getting banned because of it!

Server issues are always frustrating, no matter what game you play. However, what’s been happening in Halo Infinite is even more infuriating.

The long-awaited Halo Infinite Big Team Battle fix finally arrived yesterday but it didn’t seem to change very much.

In fact, players are reporting that the January 19 update didn’t improve Halo Infinite matchmaking at all. Some are even finding it harder to get into a game.

The problem is now so bad that Halo is handing out bans to players for just trying to search for a match!

Innocent Halo Infinite Players Are Banned From Matchmaking Over Connection Issues

Players have been reporting Halo Infinite Big Team Battle connection issues since the game launched and now they are doing even more damage than just affecting matchmaking!

One person on the Halo Infinite subreddit claims that they only got a ban because of matchmaking issues. This doesn’t appear to be a one-off issue either as many other players reportedly have similar problems.

Halo Infinite gave the player in question, Redditor u/STORMFATHER062 a ban for unsuccessfully searching for games multiple times. Apparently, every time they searched for a match it failed and they restarted the game to try again.

However, this led to a ban even if they didn’t manage to get into a single game!

This ban, along with all of the others because of Halo Infinite matchmaking issues are totally unfair. Hopefully, developer 343 Industries looks into the bans system more and not just for match quitters either.

At the moment, it is extremely difficult to report hackers in Halo Infinite which has led to an increasing number of cheaters ruining the game in recent weeks.

343 Industries definitely has a lot to look into but we are confident they will sort it out in time. After all, the developer has already announced a huge Halo Infinite anti-cheat update is on the way.

In other news, Halo Infinite players absolutely love the Cyber Showdown event. This brings a great new game mode alongside some cyberpunk cosmetic items.

Make sure to find out how to unlock every Cyber Showdown item in one day if you can’t wait to get your hands on these items.

These morons have been banned because they were cheating, and now they are trying to pass it off as our mistake. It's despicable. No one has been banned for trying to connect to a match.
