Spartan customization is one of the best bits of Halo Infinite so far, however, it’s a major disappointment for free-to-play players.
The Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta launched a couple of days ago and players can’t stop playing. While the gameplay itself is the main draw, many players are looking forward to unlocking new items to customize their spartan.
Unfortunately, despite the huge variety of customization options in Halo Infinite, they aren’t available to everyone.
In fact, most of them are locked behind paywalls, disappointing many Halo fans.
Halo Infinite Has Barely Any Free Customization Items
Halo Infinite has gone down very well with fans of the series so far, however, there are a few problems. For instance, there’s no way of selecting game modes in the Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta.
Despite this, players seem to be most disappointed with the lack of free customization options in the game.
A popular post on the Halo subreddit about this issue has almost 3500 upvotes at the time of writing, so this is a major problem for fans.
The post calls the Halo Infinite customization system “a slap in the face” and mentions that the only free helmet that players can unlock is at Tier 80 of the Battle Pass. Unfortunately, it’s hard to disagree.
Yes, the Halo Infinite Multiplayer Beta is free to download, but that doesn’t mean they can charge for everything. It would be nice to be able to earn some more free customization items.
Hopefully, 343 Industries listens to the fans and adds some more ways for ree-to-play gamers to edit their spartans. Luckily, it looks like the upcoming Yoroi armor could be earned for free.
Additionally, there are some free Halo Infinite customization items that players can get easily:
