Halo Infinite players want more free content, including cosmetic items, added to the game in future updates!
Players love customizing their spartans in Halo Infinite multiplayer but there is a major problem with how cosmetics work in the game.
Of course, microtransactions in games have become the norm now. However, players are still not happy with how many cosmetics are only available with in-game purchases in Halo Infinite.
This isn’t a major surprise though, considering how many free customizations are in the game in comparison to past Halo titles.
Halo Infinite vs Halo 5 Free Content Compared – Cosmetics & Customization Items
Ever since the game came out, fans have complained that there are almost no free customization items in Halo Infinite. However, it might be even worse than initially thought.
A new post by u/crisperstorm on the Halo subreddit compares how many free cosmetic items were in Halo 5 to Halo Infinite.
This graph reveals that Halo 5 had almost 4x as many free armor pieces at launch compared to Halo Infinite and that is just the start of it.
It also shows that there were around 5x as many free visors in Halo 5 at launch. This is in addition to the over 200 armor skin pieces, which Halo Infinite doesn’t even have!
The only thing Halo Infinite beats Halo 5 with is armor coatings, but that is just by a couple. Even then, players don’t like the default colors and don’t want to buy overpriced armor coatings that look much nicer!
