Halo Infinite Desync Is Worse Than Ever As Fans Wait For Fix

Halo Infinite players are still suffering from terrible server desync even months after the developer started looking into the issue!

The multiplayer component of Halo Infinite was widely praised back when it launched. However, it still had a few issues.

Luckily, developer 343 Industries has already made some important changes to the game. This includes reducing the Halo Infinite item shop prices as well as finally fixing Big Team Battle matchmaking.

Although there are still a couple of problems players have with the game.

First and foremost, lack of content is leading to low player counts in Halo Infinite. Although, the ongoing desync issues are even more frustrating for some Halo fans.

Halo Infinite Desync is Still Ruining Games

Developer 343 Industries has been investigating Halo Infinite desync since January. However, it is still ruining the experience for many players.

Even after a major update that attempted to fix desync dropped, there has been little to no change.

In fact, some players are experiencing desync that is worse than ever if this new clip on the Halo subreddit is anything to go by!

The clip shows a player clearly shooting an opponent with the Battle Rifle, but they take no damage. You can even see the shots connecting with the enemy Spartan!

Then, to make matters even worse, the player kills them with a Gravity Hammer from an insane distance away!

Player and enemy collision has been a major issue in Halo Infinite before. However, when combined with some terrible desync, no wonder fans are calling the game unplayable!

Even the great free rewards and new game modes in the Tactical Ops event aren’t enough to get some players booting up Halo Infinite at the moment!

Hopefully, 343 Industries finally finds a fix for desync in Halo Infinite soon. Let’s just hope we don’t have to wait until Season 2 for that to arrive as well!
