Halo Infinite is in a rough state as we approach the launch of Season 2. Right now, the game is hurting for content, and the players are certainly feeling it.

After all, this new leak all but confirms a Halo Infinite Battle Royale is coming! Read the original story below:
Halo Infinite Battle Royale Leak Reveals New Details
From Respawn Tokens to Drop Pods, it seems Halo Infinite’s Battle Royale mode has a lot of content to offer.
If, like these top content creators, you’re still waiting for Halo Infinite to get a BR mode, you’re in luck. Recent leaks appear to confirm that a mode with shrinking zones is on its way soon – developed by Certain Affinity.
Jez Corden warns players that the mode may not be as much of a Battle Royale as titles like Apex or Warzone, but there’s certainly something on the way. And now, a Settings menu leak reveals some intriguing new information.
Thanks to Twitter use InfiniteLeaks, we’re getting what looks to be a behind-the-scenes look at what to expect in the Halo Infinite BR.
Tatanka Gamemode Settings – Halo Infinite
Among the ‘Battle Royale’ mode Settings, we can see users have the ability to ‘Respawn in Drop Pod’, suggesting that we’ll be entering the game in ODST-esque pods like those shown in the Season 1 cinematic.
What’s more, it seems that Respawn Tokens like those present in Attrition mode will allow players to drop back into the fight after dying. Each team will likely have a limited number of these tokens.
What’s more, players seem to be able to execute downed enemies, which could otherwise be revived by allies. Both of these settings do appear to be able to be removed in Custom Games, however.
It looks as though objectives will also be present in Halo Infinite’s codename Tatanka mode. Operations will come in one of 4 varieties: Capture, Supply Run, Destroy, and Hoard, with each presumably rewarding a team for completing them.
Meanwhile, as the Containment Zone moves, expect a Sudden Death Mode to eventually trigger when there are only 2 remaining teams, eventually closing the ring entirely.
Reportedly, Forge Mode will tie into this new Battle Royale somehow, and it seems that players won’t be short of customization options. Perhaps we’ll soon be making our own Battle Royale arena using these leaked Halo Infinite Forge maps and biomes!
