Hacking & Stream Sniping Are Ruining Warzone Tournaments

Hacking and stream sniping keep ruining Warzone tournaments time and time again and something needs to be done about it!

Top Warzone players from across the world regularly compete in tournaments for thousands upon thousands of dollars. Yet the tournaments are rarely ever fair, thanks to VPNs, hackers, and stream sniping.

This problem may have now reached breaking point as not one, but two high-profile Warzone streamers had their tournaments ruined in just one day.

Stream Snipers Target Top Warzone Players

Stream sniping has been a major problem for Warzone content creators for a long time now. This is because the Warzone streamer mode has a major problem.

A stream sniper tracked down and killed Tommey when he was competing in the Nadeshot $100k tournament, which led to him being knocked out. This sort of thing happens “daily” according to Tommey and it needs to be sorted.

Hacking in Warzone Tournaments Is Out of Control

Popular streamer and content creator Vikkstar also had a Warzone tournament ruined on the exact same day. But, he was a victim of hackers.

Raven has banned over half a million hackers from Warzone since it launched. Despite this, many players claim that Warzone cheaters are worse than ever.

Additionally, this particular Warzone tournament incident looks especially bad on Raven Software. This is because the studio claimed to have fixed the under-the-map glitches in a past update.

Yet this example of it shows that wall glitches are still ruining Warzone for many players.

Both stream sniping and hacking have been ruining the competitive Warzone scene for a while now, causing top player NICKMERCS to stop competing until the hacking problem is resolved. Surely more streamers will join him if Raven doesn’t address these issues soon.

Hopefully, Raven Software implements changes to make Warzone tournaments fairer, if not totally free of stream snipers and hackers in the future.
