Each Heist Finale has it’s own challenge called an Elite Challenge. To complete an Elite Challenge no one in your team can die, you have to complete it under a certain time and the third requirement varies depending on the heist.

GTA Story Mode Heists:
In the first four Story Mode Heists you may not get a huge payout but that doesn’t matter as the fifth Heist pays an insane $31,000,000 for each character.
