Greedent Confirmed for Pokemon Unite, New Halloween Event Trailer

Pokemon Unite is back with a Halloween update, and it looks like the leaks were true about Greedent coming to the game next.

Pokemon Unite has yet another Pokemon joining its roster this Halloween, and fans of Sword and Shield might be happy with the pick.

Recently, a Pokemon Unite datamine revealed that Greedent would be the next challenger coming to the MOBA. It was certainly an interesting pick for the game, but we can’t say that the roster is all-too-predictable.

That same leak also revealed a very popular Pokemon coming next to Pokemon Unite, so be ready for the upcoming drop in a few weeks’ time!

But while we wait to see where Greedent will fall on the Pokemon Unite Tier List, we also have news about an upcoming Halloween update for the game.

Pokemon Unite Halloween Festival – Greedent Release Date

It seems that Greedent will release during the Pokemon Unite Halloween Festival event.

Pokemon Unite is getting its first seasonal update, and the Halloween Festival is bringing a lot to the game. Not only are we getting a spooky overhaul in-game, but new cosmetics, rewards, and more are on the way.

Players will be able to get their hands on an exclusive Lucario Halloween Holowear, resembling Sir Aaron’s outfit in the Mystery of Mew movie. Let’s just hope that this one isn’t as expensive as the insanely-priced Sacred Alolan Ninetales Holowear

What’s more, a brand new game mode is coming to Pokemon Unite – and it seems to involve turning Pokemon into pumpkins!

But perhaps the most interesting reveal is the confirmation that Greedent is indeed coming to Pokemon Unite. So far, we imagine that Greedent’s release date will be October 10, just like the Halloween update.

Pokemon Unite‘s Halloween Festival will run from October 10 – November 7.

We’re likely to get a new Pokemon Unite patch alongside its update. Could this mean that that the game’s most overpowered Pokemon might get a nerf at last?

And if you’re returning to the game, why not see if Pokemon Unite is better on mobile or Nintendo Switch?

Ever since the mobile port, it seems that Pokemon Unite is fixing its Pay-to-Win image at least!
