How to Complete Grass and Gratitude Shaymin Research in Pokemon GO

Every Pokemon GO player finally has the opportunity to catch the Mythical Pokemon Shaymin, thanks to the new Grass and Gratitude Special Research!

This Research is available for all trainers for free following the start of the 2023 Pokemon GO Sustainability Week event on April 20, 2023.

All Steps, Tasks & Rewards in Pokemon GO Grass and Gratitude Shaymin Special Research

There are seven steps to complete in the Grass and Gratitude Special Research in Pokemon GO, each with a number of tasks.

The biggest reward, an encounter with Shaymin, comes once you have finished every task in step 6. Then, you’ll get 25 Shaymin Candy to power it up in step 7!

Grass and Gratitude Step 1/7

As you’ll need to catch 22 different species of Pokemon for step 6 of Grass and Gratitude, this will take a while. Activating your Daily Adventure Incense is a great way to encounter Pokemon species you may not see regularly!
