Genshin Impact Kuki Shinobu Ascension Materials & Where To Farm Them

Kuki Shinobu is a 4 star character which is coming very soon to Genshin Impact in update 2.7. These are the materials that you will need to ascend Kuki Shinobu to the max!

We recently got some news about Kuki Shinobu and Yelan, and the community can’t wait until they get to pull for them!

Kuki Shinobu is definitely going to be one of the stars of the update! Until now, all we know is that she is Arataki Itto’s sidekick.

It is also important to note that she is the deputy leader of the Arataki gang. So far we know that she is a sword-wielding Electro character who works best as a support!

When Is Kuki Shinobu Coming To Genshin Impact?

We know that Kuki Shinobu will become a playable character in Genshin Impact update 2.7.

Unfortunately, players won’t be able to pull for her until the second phase of this update. She will share the Oni’s Royale banner with Arataki Itto.

Nevertheless, this is not all bad, since this means you’ll have more time to farm materials and Mora to ascend her if you end up pulling for her!

What Materials Do You Need To Ascend Kuki Shinobu?

Kuki Shinobu and Yelan share an ascension material from the Chasm: the Runic Fang. Therefore, if you want to pull for both, make sure you farm twice as much of this material!

Where Can You Farm Kuki Shinobu’s Ascension Materials?

We’ve let you know what materials you need for Kuki Shinobu, however, some of these can be tricky to find!

Therefore, let us tell you where you can find them:

Vajrada Amethyst Fragments are found by harvesting them as loot drops from Level +40 Electro Hypostasis. You can also craft them!

Then, you can find Electro Hypostasis in the Mondstadt region, south of Cape Oath.

Alternatively, you can also get them from Thunder Manifestations.

Spectral materials can be found by defeating specters, which you can find in Seirai Island and Watatsumi Island, mostly on the shores around the water.

You can get Naku Weed in Inazuma, scattered around the islands.

Finally the only way to obtain Runic Fangs is by defeating the boss Ruin Serpent in the Chasm. This boss is located in the Serpent’s Cave in the Underground of the Chasm.

Where Can You Farm Kuki Shinobu’s Talent Ascension Materials?

As for Talent Materials, you will also have to farm a lot of spectral materials from spectres.

These are the same as the previous ones we mentioned, so you shouldn’t find it too difficult!

Apart from these, you will also have to get a ton of Elegance books. To obtain these, you have to complete the Violet Court, which is a Domain of Mastery in Inazuma.

The Violet Court island is located on an island to the west of Inazuma. Once you arrive there, you can get these Books of Elegance on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

Finally, to get Tears of the Calamitous God, you can collect them from Level +70 End of the Oneiric Euthymia Trounce Domain located under the Grand Narukami Shrine. They are a random reward.
