GameStop outdid itself this time with its latest PS5 bundle restock on September 28.
Today, everyone expected an imminent PS5 restock from Gamestop. The drop arrived as presumed, but it blew away all expectations.
Gamestop delivered one of the biggest bundle drops available to date.
This restock trend is promising, as on-site GameStop PS5 restocks will be soon available.
To top it off, the bundles were mostly choices in regards to value!
This is surely not a common occurrence, but certainly, one welcomed by all PlayStation fans out there.

All about GameStop’s PS5 September 28 Restock
This restock was considerably big, if not huge.
Commonly, restocks can last seconds or spawn in 10-minute waves in the best-case scenario.
The GameStop PS5 restock for September 28 lasted well over an hour. This is with intermittent bundle stock becoming available through that time.
To take this to the next level of rarity, GameStop even allowed non-PowerUp Rewards Pro members to dig in! That alone is a rare sight on its own.
Generally, these types of restocks are reserved for those who are Pro members at GameStop. It seems the restock was so huge that the gates finally opened to non-Pro members.
Speaking of value, GameStop offered two different bundles for each the Digital and the Disc versions of PS5.
The disc bundles consisted of a variation of two games, a year of PS Plus, and a $50 GameStop gift card. This means, zero unnecessary and unwanted hardware!
GameStop set the price for the discs bundles at $750. This is not bad considering the game selection was NBA2K22 and a second pick of either Ratchet and Clank: A Rift Apart or Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut.
On the other hand, the digital bundles included an additional controller (either black or white), a $75 PlayStation Store card, a year of PS Plus, and a $50 GameStop Gift Card. Again, this was great value at a $654.97 price tag.
Additional restocks are coming soon!
Don’t worry if you were not able to get a PS5 to enjoy all the games coming to October on PS Plus. More restocks are around the corner!
GameStop itself has already confirmed in-store restock for selected locations.
Additionally, retailers like Walmart, Target, Amazon, and Best Buy are rumored to have PS5 restocks this week.
Hopefully, this big restock trend will continue!
