Yesterday, GameStop put live some Xbox Series X bundles and they’re still in stock around 24 hours later.

Could this be the beginning of the end for the Xbox Series X shortage? Lately, it’s been easier than ever to get your hands on a next-gen console, as supply begins to increase in 2022.

Not only is supply booming, but demand actually appears to be decreasing in recent weeks. It’s getting so low that scalpers are actually having to drop their prices for the Xbox Series X just to sell stock!

Yesterday, GameStop put some expensive Xbox Series X bundles up on its online store. And now, 24 hours later, customers are showing that they’re done paying extra for a console that’s easy to get hold of.

Excitingly, new reports also suggest that a Halo Infinite Xbox Series X restock is coming to GameStop very soon!

Xbox Series X Shortage Ends, Gamers Won’t Buy Bundles

It seems that as the Xbox Series X shortage finally comes to an end, gamers are putting their foot down and refusing to buy bundles.

Shortly after release day, retailers began to realize that they could use the next-gen shortage to their advantage. And stores like GameStop began selling their supply of Xbox Series X devices bundled in with other items to drive up the price.

The current GameStop Xbox bundles include items like a Wireless Elite Controller, games, an Xbox Game Pass subscription, and even a GameStop voucher. And while all are nice additions, they drive up the price significantly for those just looking to buy a console.

Now it seems that gamers are growing tired of paying for bundles and the major drop has been in stock for around 24 hours.
