Yoru's abilities are already proving to be quite useful in competitive matches.

Players are using Yoru to teleport to the enemy spawn and using the agent's Blindside ability perfectly.

Yoru's arsenal of abilities is very powerful when used properly and this is most evident in his Dimensional Drift ultimate ability.

Game-Winning Yoru Ultimate Trick

Yoru's Dimensional Drift ultimate ability is unique in that it makes the agent completely invisible at distance for a few seconds.

While invisible, Yoru can get behind enemy lines and spot opponents for teammates to eliminate.

Yoru is classified as a duelist, allowing him to easily and effectively eliminate enemies.

However, this game-winning Yoru ultimate trick requires the assistance of a savvy teammate.

Instead of spotting enemies and retreating to cover, this ultimate trick takes a much different approach.

In this case, Yoru used his Dimensional Drift ultimate ability to body block an enemy to point out exactly where they were for his ally Killjoy.

This trick worked so flawlessly because of multiple factors.

Not only did Yoru pinpoint exactly where the enemy was, but he also confused them.

When very close, Yoru can be seen in his ultimate. Therefore, the enemy kept their focus on Yoru while his teammate snuck up and got the elimination.

Fortunately, there is no team damage in Valorant, so bullets basically go through teammates and into enemies.

While this Yoru ultimate trick may be useful, players are still discussing if Yoru is overhyped or overpowered
