When Is Fu Xuan Releasing in Honkai: Star Rail?
While she is confirmed to be coming to the game, Fu Xuan does not yet have a release date in Honkai: Star Rail.
However, recent leaks report that Fu Xuan should be arriving in the V1.3 update.
Although future banners don’t have official release dates at this point in time, we anticipate that V1.3 should arrive in August 2023.

Is Fu Xuan Getting a Banner in Honkai: Star Rail?
Yes, leaks report that Fu Xuan will be getting a banner in Honkai: Star Rail’s 1.3 update. However, take this with a pinch of salt as it’s not currently confirmed by the HoYoverse team.
If Fu Xuan does get a banner, the character will appear with boosted odds and a 50/50 chance of rolling her as your first 5-Star Warp.
Those unlucky enough to get another 5-Star character in Fu Xuan’s banner will have the next 5-Star they roll be a guaranteed Fu Xuan drop.

Who Is Fu Xuan in Honkai: Star Rail?
Fu Xuan is the Master Diviner of the Xianzhou Alliance’s Divination Commission. Like Jing Yuan, she is one of the Six Charioteers of the Xianzhou Luofu.
Fu Xuan manages the route of the Xianzhou Luofu by calculating the future and always believes that everything she does is the best solution for the situation – thanks to her divination prowess.
At the end of the Tokyo Game Show’s Witness trailer, Fu Xuan is revealed with the ability to deflect Kafka’s bullets due to foreseeing their paths.
