Players can get themselves a free high-tier weapon, with a chance for it to be a Wonder Weapon every game in the Liberty Falls map for Black Ops 6 Zombies.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies has quite possibly more Easter Eggs than any round-based survival mode in the franchise’s history, and fans are still discovering new secrets in both of the game’s launch maps.
For example, did you know that if you hit this vending machine in the Liberty Falls motel, it has a chance to spit out free rewards, including a Ray Gun every single round?
Well if that wasn’t enough, check out this other easy-to-pull-off Easter Egg which could get you a free Wonder Weapon every single game.
Car Trunk Easter Egg in Liberty Falls
Black Ops 6 Zombies fans can get a free high-tier weapon, including a Wonder Weapon such as the Jet Gun, by using a Mangler Cannon to blow up specific cars around Liberty Falls.
There are four cars that have the chance to be the one you need to blow up each game. Each car has a gold trim, and they are located in the following areas:
- 1 – Outside the Groundskeeper’s Hut
- 2 & 3 – Outside the Church
- 4 – In the parking area next to Olly’s Comics
To find out which one you need to blow up that game, simply look for Mr Peeks who will be sitting in the correct vehicle.
Once you’ve found the right car, you’ll need to either bait a Mangler to shoot it, or get hold of a Mangler Cannon (craftable for 1250 Salvage) and shoot the vehicle yourself.
When this is done correctly, you’ll hear a laughing sound and the trunk will spit out a rare weapon, which has a chance of being the Jet Gun or Ray Gun!
In our experience, the car trunk Easter Egg will always spit out a weapon that’s already upgraded in rarity, but we’ve also seen other players receive a Ray Gun or the Jet Gun with this trick!
And since you’ll need a Mangler Cannon to complete the Liberty Falls Main Quest anyway, why not use one of your shots on a chance at a Wonder Weapon?
