There’s a new, quick and easy way to get a free Perk Power-Up in Black Ops 6 Zombies’ Citadelle des Morts map – here’s how it’s done!
Citadelle des Morts released alongside the Season 1 Reloaded update back on December 5, which means that most of the map’s secrets have already been discovered.
However, it appears that Treyarch still has a few Easter Eggs hidden away for players to discover, as fans have just encountered a new way to get a free Random Perk every single game.
How to Get the Random Perk Power-Up in Citadelle des Morts
To get your hands on a Random Perk Power-Up in Citadelle des Morts, simply follow these steps:
- First, spawn into a Black Ops 6 Zombies game of Citadelle des Morts.
- You must be in Standard Mode for this Easter Egg to work, as all side quests will be disabled in Directed Mode when it arrives.
- Follow the marked objectives until you discover the Oubliette Room and unlock the Pack-a-Punch machine.
- Then, head up the stairs into the Dungeon and interact with this hatch on the door behind the Quick Revive to talk to Krafft.
- You need to finish listening to all of Krafft’s dialogue before proceeding, but there’s no need to stick around at the hatch for the cutscene.
- Return to the Oubliette Room and pay 500 Essence to use the Cave Slide on the south side of the room.
- While sliding through the sewer, find and shoot the raven who will be perched on the broken section of wall by the sharp right-hand turn near the end.
- This will cause the raven to fly out of the sewer.
- Now, follow the raven around the map without shooting it, trying to stand as directly below it as possible.
- This step is easiest when you’re at the end of a round with only one or two zombies remaining, so you might want to thin out the horde first.
- Continue walking below the raven for approximately three and a half minutes.
- The time may differ slightly for you, depending on how close you were to following the raven’s path.
- When you’ve been following it for enough time, the raven will drop a Random Perk Power-Up!
- While you’re at it, don’t forget to shoot the raven to get its talon, which allows you to unlock the Dark Incantation!
The Random Perk Power-Up will grant all players in the game one free Perk-a-Cola that they don’t already have equipped. It’s a great way to give yourself a power boost in the early rounds, and will allow you to save your hard-earned Essence for other upgrades.
Be sure to equip Black Ops 6 Zombies’ best Augments for each Perk, in order to upgrade your free Perk to the max!
