Presents are opened by holding down E (PC), X (PlayStation), or A (Xbox/Nintendo Switch). They can be opened in any order except for one in the left pile that says “Save for Last”.

Simply wait until the event starts and it says Day 1 at the top left corner, and you’ll be able to open any of the available presents.

If you’re trying to open them after December 13th, 2022, when the event starts, and you still can’t open them, then try checking for updates, validating your files (on PC), or simply restarting Fortnite altogether.
