It’s official, Fortnite is finally bringing Jujutsu Kaisen to the Battle Royale in its v25.30 update. But when is the next patch set to release?
A brand-new anime collaboration is dropping in Fortnite update 25.30 and this time Jujutsu Kaisen is in the spotlight.
Now Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and Satoru Gojo are set to arrive in Fortnite when the next patch finally arrives.
Fortnite v25.30 Release Date
The Fortnite v25.30 update is set to release on Tuesday, August 8, 2023. The major patch will bring with it a collaboration with Jujutsu Kaisen as well as new balancing and map changes.
Update 25.30 is already on the Fortnite Staging servers, which indicates that it will be releasing very soon.
Although Epic Games hasn’t officially confirmed August 8 as the official date, both leaks and the company’s track record suggest that Tuesday is the day to watch.
The newest anime crossover was announced officially via Fortnite’s Twitter (X) account on August 1.
All Jujutsu Kaisen Skins in Fortnite
The four skins currently confirmed for the Jujutsu Kaisen x Fortnite collaboration in v25.30 are as follows:
- Satoru Gojo
- Megumi Fushiguro
- Yuji Itadori
- Nobara Kugisaki
The characters are shown from left to right in the image below:

Whether the collaboration has any further secrets, such as in-game items making an appearance, remains to be seen. Cursed items or powerful techniques could arrive in-game as Mythics in v25.30, much like Dragon Ball’s Kamehameha or My Hero Academia’s Deku’s Smash
On top of the official details, one leaker who was able to drop early images of the Jujutsu Kaisen cast in Fortnite well before its official announcement was also able to reveal that fan-favorite sorcerer Gojo also comes with an alternate style.
Whether this is a bandana-less version, or his appearance from the prequel section of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, we’ll have to wait and find out.
On top of that, many fans are hoping that Itadori will get a ‘Sukuna’ style, for when the King of Curses inhabits his body.
