The Rocket Ram is Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 4’s best addition, but where can you find it and how does it work?

For those who like making an entrance, the Rocket Ram will be your best friend in Fortnite Season 4. If an enemy player is hiding inside their build and you need a way in, the rocket-powered battering ram will find one – even if it means coming in through the wall.

Where to Find the Rocket Ram in Fortnite

Fortnite players can find the Rocket Ram as Ground Loot, by searching Chests, or opening Heist Bags in Chapter 4 Season 4.

Rocket Rams appear as common spawns around the island, and appear particularly common at Sanguine Suites, Relentless Retreat, and Eclipsed Estate – AKA the new Fortnite heist locations!

This makes the Rocket Ram the perfect way to make your escape, once you’re ready to escape with all that high-tier loot!

How to Use Rocket Ram in Fortnite

To use the Rocket Ram in Fortnite, simply hold R2 / RT / ZR / Left Click to charge up and release the button to launch in the direction you’re facing.

To see your trajectory before you fire, you can use L2 / LT / ZL / Right Click to aim.

The Rocket Ram can be used by propelling forward into objects, dealing major structural damage. You’ll be able to use it to break destructible walls and blast your way in and out of vaults.

However, it can also be directed into the air, to fire yourself upward temporarily.

If used in this way, players will first launch upward before coming crashing down, dealing massive damage on their impact with the ground. This is an excellent way to avoid fall damage, as you won’t lose health even after falling a great distance.

As shown in the Season 4 gameplay trailer, a single Rocket Ram strike from above can be enough to completely obliterate a car – and an enemy player with it!
