It’s that time of the week again! Here are your FIFA 23 TOTW 7 predictions!
This week it seems quite a few players have scored hat-tricks! However, not every single player can make the 23-man squad.
After TOTW 6, it would be quite hard to match the quality of player but there are a couple notable players predicted for TOTW 7!
FUT 23 TOTW 7 Predictions
Starting XI
Jordan Pickford – GK – 82 → 84
6 Saves, Clean Sheet & MOTM / 0-0 draw against Fulham / 8.5 WhoScored Match Rating
After a Premier League game week containing a ton of goals, Pickford’s performance in the only goalless game in the Premier League was excellent. Leeds United’s Illan Meslier could take the keeper spot but Pickford edges it due to his clean sheet.
Stefan de Vrij – CB – 84 →86
1 Goal & Clean Sheet / 3-0 win against Sampdoria / 8.5 WhoScored Match Rating
The Dutch defender scored the first goal of the game and then kept a clean sheet for the remainder of the match.
Alfonso Espino – LB – 78 → 82
2 Assists / 3-2 win against Atletico Madrid / 7.2 WhoScored Match Rating
This was a massive result for Cadiz! Sitting 19th and facing relegation, Espino’s two assist were vital in securing the three points against one of La Liga’s biggest teams.
With high pace and high physical stats, he would make for a decent La Liga LB option!
Hans Hateboer – RWB – 80 → 83
1 Goal, Clean Sheet & MOTM / 2-0 win against Empoli / 7.8 WhoScored Match Rating
Another Dutch Serie A defender is predicted. The wing-back should make the squad due to lack of high profile defenders predicted!
Youcef Atal – RB – 75 →81
1 Goal & MOTM / 2-1 win against Lorient / 8.5 WhoScored Match Rating
The Algerian has been a FUT favorite in previous FIFA’s but we have yet to see a special version of him. His one goal is enough for us to include him in our TOTW 7 predictions!
Kevin de Bruyne – CM – 92 → 93
1 Goal & MOTM / 1-0 win against Leicester City / 8.2 WhoScored Match Rating
Usually one goal would be not enough to see a KDB inform. However due to the lack of star players, we would expect the Belgian to pick up his second TOTW of FIFA 23.
Sadio Mane – LM – 89 → 90
1 Goal & 2 Assists / 6-2 win against Mainz 05 / 9.2 WhoScored Match Rating
Despite Choupo-Moting picking up the MOTM award, we reckon Sadio Mane will be selected. Mane would add yet another big name to this TOTW making it more appealing for FUT champs player picks!
Of course, his OTW item would also be upgraded!
Maximillian Arnold – CDM – 80 → 83
2 Assists & MOTM / 4-0 win against Bochum / 9.1 WhoScored Match Rating
This was a toss up between Arnold and Nmecha. We’ve gone with Arnold as he didn’t even start the game but still won the MOTM award!
Lois Openda – ST – 75 → 81
3 Goals & MOTM/ 3-0 win against Toulouse / 8.8 WhoScored Match Rating
A hat-trick off the bench speaks for itself. Expect Openda to make an appearance in TOTW 7!
Victor Osimhen – ST – 83 → 85
3 Goals / 4-0 win against Sassuolo / 9.7 WhoScored Match Rating
Another player who scored a hat-trick! Kvaratskhelia was an option too but a hat-trick should almost guarantee Osimhen an inform card.
However, we have predicted Kvaratskhelia in our UCL TOTGS Predictions!
Callum Wilson – ST – 79 → 83
2 Goals, 1 Assist & MOTM / 4-0 win against Aston Villa / 8.8 WhoScored Match Rating
Newcastle have looked extremely impressive under Eddie Howe and so has Callum Wilson. With star signing Isak injured, the Magpies have not seemed to miss him thanks to Wilson!
He was pretty much involved in everything against Villa so he deserves a spot in our TOTW 7 predictions.

Subs
Ignacio De Arruabarrena – GK – 68 → 76
6 Saves & Clean Sheet / 1-0 win against Sporting CP / 8.2 WhoScored Match Rating
The Uruguayan was instrumental as Arouca secured a massive victory against one of the Portuguese giants! His saves secured the 1-0 win.
Federico Fazio – CB – 74 → 80
1 Goal & MOTM / 3-1 win against Lazio / 7.8 WhoScored Match Rating
A goal and a MOTM for a CB is usually enough for a TOTW item. While Fazio won’t be the most desirable TOTW card, we think he will make the cut.
Vitaliy Buyalskyi – CM → LW – 81 → 81
2 Goals / 3-1 win against FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih
Another player in line for a second inform! Buyalskyi scored twice and WhoScored have him set as LW.
He could be inline for a position change!
Robert Zulj – CAM – 75 → 81
3 Goals & MOTM / 4-1 win against Wolfsberger AC / 9.0 Sofascore Match Rating
Another player that won’t be desired for FUT squads. However, you can’t ignore a player who scores a hat-trick!
Lior Refaelov – LM → CAM – 75 → 81
2 Goals & MOTM/ 4-2 win against Kas Eupen / 8.3 WhoScored Match Rating
The Israeli was at the heart of the action as he scored twice and secured the MOTM award. He is also in line for a change of position
Reiss Nelson – RW – 73 → 79
2 Goals & 1 Assist / 5-0 win against Nottingham Forest / 9.0 WhoScored Match Rating
Unfortunately for Arsenal fans, Bukayo Saka was forced off with an injury against Forest but Reiss Nelson put on a show.
Arsenal are flying high in the table and it seems it’s seeping through the rest of the squad. If Nelson isn’t in the TOTW, we’d expect he will at least be the silver stars!
Michy Batshuayi – ST – 77 → 81
3 Goals, 1 Assist & MOTM / 5-2 win against Istanbulspor / 10 WhoScored Match Rating
Another hat-trick hero for this week. The Belgian did go one better by adding an assist picking up a perfect 10 in the process
Reserves
David McGoldrick – ST – 70 → 78
3 Goals & MOTM / 4-2 win against Bristol Rovers / 10 WhoScored Match Rating
We did say there would be lots of hat-tricks and McGoldrick joins the list. He also got a perfect 10 rating!
Ola Toivonen- CAM → ST – 73 → 79
3 Goals & MOTM / 5-2 win against Varbergs BoIS / 9.1 Sofascore Match Rating
A hat-trick should see the Swede be selected for TOTW 7.
Sebastian Kowalczyk – CAM – 69 → 77
3 Goals & MOTM / 4-2 win against Miedź Legnica / 9.1 Sofascore Match Rating
Yet another hat-trick. The Pole will likely be in TOTW 7.
Jean-Luc Dompe – LW – 72 → 79
1 Goal & 2 Assists / 3-2 win against Paderborn / 9.0 WhoScored Match Rating
Not a hat-trick but still three goal contributions! The Hamburg forward is a strong candidate for TOTW.
Josue – CAM – 72 → 79
3 Goals & MOTM / 5-2 win against Jagiellonia Białystok / 9.8 Sofascore Match Rating
Predicting two players from the Polish league who scored hat-tricks is a bold shout. Although, if we select both of them, surely we get at least one right?
