The Wolves goalkeeper made 6 saves as he kept a clean sheet against Tottenham. His heroics between the sticks allowed Adama to score the winning goal late on.

The Spanish fullback could probably have had a couple of TOTW items this year. We think now is the time he will finally be given one.

The Juventus center-back scored and assisted in the Turin derby. Due to the game being a derby, he is highly likely to feature.

The Bayern Munich defender scored the opening goal of the game. He also had a goalline clearance to wrap up an impressive defensive performance.

The Uruguayan scored a sensational goal outside the box to secure three points from the Serie A leaders. His goal was perhaps one of the best from the weekend’s games.

Emre Can scored the second goal for Borussia Dortmund, which proved to be a crucial one. His finish kept the Yellow and Black level on points with league leaders Bayern Munich.

The Egyptian was incredible against Manchester United with his two goals breaking the record to become Liverpool’s top scorer in Premier League history. His item could also be a record-breaker card.

The Englishman was voted as the man of the match for his six saves against West Brom. His performance severely dented their opponent’s chances at a playoff spot.
Denzel Dumfries – RWB – 82 → 85
1 Assist & Clean Sheet / 2-0 win against Lecce / 7.5 WhoScored match rating
This pick is a bit of a punt. With only one assist and a clean sheet, it may not be enough for Dumfries to be included but we feel he may have a chance at TOTW 19.
Wesley Fofana – CB – 79 → 84

Chelsea is finally back to winning ways and it was Fofana who secured the three points. With a game-winning goal and a clean sheet, the Frenchman is a strong contender.
Alexis Mac Allister – CAM – 76 → 83

The World Cup-winning midfielder was in excellent form as he dispatched a penalty early in the first half. He later went on to provide an assist for Brighton’s second goal of the game.

Reiss Nelson – RW – 73 → 82

The 23-year-old winger came off the bench to boost Arsenal’s title hopes. At the time he came on, the Gunners’ were losing 2-1 and Nelson had a hand in both goals to give his side the lead including a 96-minute winner.

The German scored a hattrick making him a likely contender for TOTW 19. This would be the player’s second Team of the Week of FIFA 23.

The Senegalese striker scored a hattrick and got an assist. His inclusion in TOTW 19 is very likely.

The Coventry striker scored two goals before later getting an assist. With three goal contributions, he is definitely in with a chance of a TOTW item.
Will Smallbone – CM → CAM – 67 → 80
3 Assists / 5-1 win against Sunderland / 8.9 WhoScored match rating
The Irishman got a hattrick of assists as Stoke put five goals past Sunderland.
Benjamin Šeško – ST – 72 → 82
3 Goals / 4-2 win against Rapid Wien / 9.4 SofaScore match rating
The Slovenian scored a hattrick as Salzburg added another three points to their tally. RB Salzburg currently sits on top of the Austrian Bundesliga.
