Sead Kolašinac – LB → LWB – 75 → 81

1 Goal / 6-1 win against Toulouse / 8.3 WhoScored Match Rating

With six goals there could be a host of Marseille players in TOTW 10. However, due to the lack of quality defensive options this week, Kolašinac is our choice.

Alexandr Golovin – LM – 82 → 84

1 Goal / 1-0 win against Brest / 8.2 WhoScored Match Rating

Golovin struck a goal-of-the-season contender as Monaco secured all three points. The Russian’s long shot was the only goal of the game.

Daniel Parejo – CM – 86 → 87

1 Assist / 2-1 win against Villarreal / 7.8 WhoScored Match Rating

This matchup was included in the recent Marquee Matchups so it is clear EA Sports define this as a big game. Parejo was the best performer on the pitch and highlighted his display with an assist.

Martin Ødegaard – CAM → CM – 86 → 87

1 Goal & 1 Assist / 4-2 win against Brighton / 8.6 WhoScored Match Rating

Bench

Alban Lafont – GK – 80 → 83

6 Saves & Clean Sheet / 1-0 win against Auxerre / 8.3 WhoScored Match Rating

The French goalkeeper was phenomenal between the sticks as his side went on to win 1-0. Marcus Coco’s 74th-minute winner would not have been possible without the ‘keepers’ heroics.

Arthur Masuaku – LB – 75 → 81

1 Goal & Clean Sheet / 1-0 win against Adana Demirspor / 7.8 WhoScored Match Rating

Keeping a clean sheet while scoring the only goal of the game makes Masuaku a top contender for TOTW 10. Expect the DR Congo defender to feature.

Kenny Tete – RB – 74 → 80

1 Assist / 2-1 win against Southampton / 7.4 WhoScored Match Rating

While not a standout performance, with the lack of options for defensive players, one assist may be enough for Tete to feature.

Maxence Caqueret – CDM – 79 → 82

1 Goal & 1 Assist / 4-2 win against Brest / 8.3 WhoScored Match Rating

The French midfielder was amongst a number of Lyon players performing well against Brest. Lacazette and Cherki were also considered but due to Lacazette’s recent Winter Wildcard item as well as Cherki’s lower rating, we have gone for Caqueret.

Fabio Borini – LW – 75 → 81

1 Goal & 2 Assists / 4-1 win against Trabzonspor / 9.5 WhoScored Match Rating

Fabio Borini is second in the Turkish Süper Lig goalscoring charts but it was his creativity that was on display. While also scoring, the Italian assisted twice against Trabzonspor.

Sergio Araujo – ST – 75 → 81

Carlton Morris – ST – 68 → 76

2 Goals & 1 Assist / 3-0 win against QPR / 9.2 WhoScored Match Rating

It is hard to tell who will get promoted from the Championship this year but if Morris can put the numbers up against QPR more frequently, Luton has a real shot at promotion.
